Bob came to Houston from Liverpool, NY while still in high school and attended the University of Houston. While still in college he became a doorman at the legendary Laff Stop. After a few months “manning the door” he started to perform at the Laff Stop open mic night and developed his self-deprecating, sports related style.
Bob quickly became one of Houston’s top comics winning the
Funniest Person in Houston Contest
in 2003. He has been successful in many comedy competitions becoming a national finalist in

In 2007 Bob made his national television debut on NBC’s hit show

and was seen on

and the nationally syndicated
