All sales are final and there are no refunds or exchanges.
When purchasing tickets online, please make your selection very carefully.
Tickets purchased for the incorrect day, time or section cannot be exchanged for a different show date, time or section.
All acts and show times are subject to change.
Tickets suspected of being purchased for the sole purpose of reselling will be canceled at the discretion of Funny Bone Comedy Club.
Any disruption during the show is cause for immediate removal without refund.
The minimum age for admission is 21 (unless otherwise specified on the ticket page) and everyone in your party will need a valid photo ID to enter.
Please note that guests may be seated with other guests from a separate party at the same table. Most of our tables seat 4 people. To be seated together, your party must enter together.
Present a digital copy of your ticket on your phone or tablet at the time of entry. This will be scanned when you arrive. If you are unable to access your tickets on a mobile device, please bring your ID to the box office staff on the night of the event and they will print the tickets for you or send them to you phone or email address. Please be sure to have these items with you on the night of your event.
Please do not wear anything that will block the view of other patrons. Also, as a comedy club, we take no responsibility if a comedian makes fun of your outfit.
No pictures or video recordings are allowed during the show. Please keep in mind that the performers may be video recording their show and some audience reactions may be captured.
Purchasing tickets from our official website is the easiest way to avoid any of these potential issues that could cause you to overpay or not be able to attend the event. By following these tips, you can help to protect yourself from the risks associated with third party ticket resellers. There are a number of reasons why you should be careful to avoid third party ticket resellers.
These Include:
- Tickets may be counterfeit. Counterfeit tickets are often made to look very similar to real tickets, but they are not valid. If you purchase a counterfeit ticket, you will not be allowed into the show.
- Tickets may be overpriced and third party ticket resellers often charge much higher prices for tickets than the face value.
- Tickets may not be delivered when you buy from a third party, and there is always a risk that you will not receive the tickets you purchase from a reseller.
Official Contest Rules:
The details regarding the prize(s) are included in each contest description and procedures for entering each contest are contained in the Official Rules below.
Eligibility:
The contest is only open to legal residents of the United States, who are at least 21 years old at the time of entry. Proof of residency and age may be required. Each contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules and regulations. Void outside where otherwise prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation.
Timing:
Contest timing begins and ends as designated in written promotions. Entries received prior to or after the promotional period are disqualified.
To Enter:
The contest may be entered via the designated methods only during the promotion period. No other methods of entry will be accepted. Limit one (1) entry per person, per e-mail address, per phone number. Follow the instructions on the promotion and complete the entry form. You must complete all required information in order to be eligible. Any attempt by a person to enter more than once with multiple email accounts may result in disqualification at the discretion of the Funny Bone upon verification of prize winner. It is your responsibility to ensure timely submission of entries. No submissions will be accepted after the deadline for any reason. The sole determinant of time for the purposes of online entries will be by the Funny Bone’s determination in the Eastern time zone.
Use of Data:
The Funny Bone will be collecting personal data about participants (including, without limitation, name, phone number, mailing address, age, e-mail addresses) when they enter the contest online. The Funny Bone is entitled to use personal data contained in all entry forms in accordance with the Funny Bone’s privacy policy. All information submitted online by entrants is subject to and will be treated in a manner consistent with Funny Bone’s Terms & Conditions accessible at funnybone.com. Entrants grant the Funny Bone the right to use any and all information related to the contest, including information provided by entrants in connection with the contest, for any purpose, unless prohibited by law.
Agreement to Official Rules:
Participation in the Contest constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and full acceptance of these official rules & the Funny Bone’s Privacy Policy at funnybone.com and to be contacted by telephone and/or email. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the promotional period.
By entering the contest, you forever waive any and all claims or cause of action against the Funny Bone & any companies or prize providers associated with the contest.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest if fraud or any other factor impairs the integrity of the contest as determined by Funny Bone in its sole discretion.
Selection / Notification of Potential Winner:
Potential winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing and contacted in the sole discretion of the Funny Bone by e-mail and/or telephone or via a direct message. Funny Bone’s decisions as to all matters related to the administration of the contest and selection of the Winner are final. The Potential Winner must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these official rules, and winning an award or prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within a time deemed reasonable by the Funny Bone after the first attempt to contact such potential Winner, an alternate entrant will be selected in his or her place at random from all eligible entries received.
